eSUN PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified) is a transparent and slightly softer polymer that is tough and very easy to process.
It has excellent impact resistance and high stability. eSUN PETG is chemically resistant and odorless during 3D printing. Models printed with eSUN PETG have a translucent and smooth surface with a glossy finish
Features:
- Higher strength, lower shrinkage, and smoother finish than ABS & PLA
- Combines good strength with ductility, making it a good, tough material for mechanical parts
- Good chemical resistance
- Often features a nice, translucent finish
- Contains UV absorber
- Good hydrophobicity (doesnt absorb water easily), good for high humidity storage & usage
- Low shrinkage, allowing non-headed bed printing
- Almost odorless during printing
