This is the hardware user guide for the Secure AVR BLE IoT Node field engagement board, based on the ATtiny1617, a high performance tinyAVR 8-bit Microcontroller. The board is a hardware platform to address the IoT markets. Secure AVR BLE IoT Node incorporates ATtiny1617 microcontroller, RN4871 Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy full certified Module, and CryptoAuthentication device ATECC508A, and 3-axis accelerometer with temperature sensor to demonstrate a complete solution for a typical IoT end node. Supported by the Atmel START and Atmel Studio development platform. It is provided with fully documented software and hardware which will significantly reduce design complexity and the time-tomarket.
